DHAKA Bangladesh lowered its national flag Monday during day-long state mourning for Bahrain's late ruler Sheikh Issa bin Salman al Khalifa, who died on Saturday. Bangladesh President Shahabuddin Ahmad called the emir of Bahrain an Arab leader with prudence and lauded him for being a friend of Bangladesh. (DPA)
